God Cares About the Little Things

He proves that time and time again.
This time he gave some children the desires of their hearts for $3.50.
We are starting a Keepers of the Faith club with our children so they can develop some skills which will be vital to them as they become parents in the future. One of the skills that Audrey (14) has been wanting to learn is sewing. She has been wanting a sewing machine for the longest time, and we haven’t been able to afford one.
The boys have been wanting to learn to play tennis. Their grandfather passed away last spring and he really enjoyed tennis. They have been asking for tennis racquets, but again, we just couldn’t afford them.
Yesterday, God gave them those things which we couldn’t! After church the children discovered that the neighbors were having a yard sale. They ventured down there and came back with two tennis racquets, each costing a quarter. And Audrey found a sewing machine in a cabinet for $3!!!
Isn’t God just amazing?!
