My little “Boo”, age five, has been quite excited since picking up our local newspaper yesterday — after seeing her photo on the front page. That's her on the right, waving a flag (and Rob would probably be disappointed in me if I failed to mention that that's him in background, holding baby Rey.
The photo was taken last Saturday at our Independence Day neighborhood block/beach party.

Your baby’s a celebrity now! It looks like you guys had fun. We kept it low key at some friends of ours house. They live by the lake in town and we watched the fireworks from their yard. It was nice.
